Refund policy
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for this specific time period. However, if the customer believes that the item that they have received was either damaged, used, or not in the condition as advertised, please follow the instructions down below.
1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. To start a return, you can contact us at info@shopdube.com with the reasoning of the return and the information provided above.
3. We will review the reasoning and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- If the item is not in the same condition as received, returns are not permitted.
- If the item was not defected, damaged, etc.
- If the customer sends the item back without fulfilling the return process.
